In the most common telescopic cylinder lifting platform, the hydraulic cylinder is the core component. This type of aerial work platform is typically used in industrial workshops, warehouses, or large halls. Its structural feature is the use of multi-stage vertical hydraulic cylinders to directly lift the platform.

Actual Installation Structure: In this equipment, the telescopic cylinders are installed vertically, with the bottom fixed to the chassis oil tank and the top directly connected to the work platform. To prevent the platform from rotating during lifting, the equipment is also equipped with a dedicated single-ladder or double-ladder anti-rotation mechanism, installed parallel to the cylinders, ensuring the safety of the operators and the stability of the platform.

Working Logic: When the starter motor drives the gear pump to supply oil, hydraulic oil enters the cylinders through a check valve, pushing the multi-stage cylinders to extend section by section, sending the platform to the designated height. At this time, the hydraulic system uses the check valve to maintain pressure, so even if the machine stops, the platform can remain at its maximum working position. During descent, the platform’s own weight is used, and the hydraulic oil return is controlled by an electromagnetic directional valve to achieve a smooth descent.
