Single Acting Telescopic Hydraulic Cylinders
Toleng single acting telescopic hydraulic cylinders are designed for applications where long stroke length is required in a compact package. With multiple nested stages, these cylinders extend to several times their retracted length — ideal for dump trailers, hoist applications, and heavy industrial equipment. Available in a wide range of capacities, strokes, and mounting configurations.
What Is a Telescopic Hydraulic Cylinder?
A telescopic hydraulic cylinder, also known as a multi-stage cylinder, consists of multiple nested stages (sleeves) that extend sequentially. When hydraulic pressure is applied, the largest stage (main barrel) extends first, followed by each subsequent stage, providing a stroke length that can be several times the retracted length.
As a single-acting cylinder, it extends under hydraulic pressure and retracts by gravity or external load — making it ideal for dump trailers, hoist applications, and equipment where the cylinder is mounted at an angle.
